Mato London Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

• Personalized or customized items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please email us at support@matolondon.co.uk to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
